The purchaser agrees to receive notifications to the email address and phone number (via SMS) provided on their order.
By purchasing container space, the purchaser hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Kostume Kult, Costume Cultural Society, and their members, assignees or designees of any and all liability that may occur due to the injury to the person(s), property and /or equipment participating in said event (The Container) sponsored by Kostume Kult, Costume Cultural Society and its members, assignees or designees. This waiver of liability, including all terms and conditions hereof, is expressly agreed to and constitutes the entire waiver of liability unless specified herein.
The purchaser understands there is no guarantee that The Container will arrive in Miami on any specific date.
Each item will be checked in compliance with space purchased by purchaser. If cargo size exceeds beyond what was purchased, the purchaser will need to buy additional space, if available. There is no guarantee of space availability beyond what is purchased prior to arrival.
The purchaser also states that he/she is physically capable of loading their items onto The Container.
The purchaser agrees that he or she has read all rules on the ticketing web page and recognizes he or she is responsible for being self reliant in learning about the details of load-in and load-out of The Container.
The purchaser understands that the contents of the container will be unloaded and placed in an enclosed area next to the container upon arrival to the Playa. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pick up, drop off and load in their belongings in a timely manner on the playa as detailed in the ticketing page.
The purchaser agrees to fully unload and reload their belongings as detailed in the ticketing page. The purchaser takes full responsibility for their contents and shall not leave their contents at the event. The container is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The purchaser agrees they have not packed anything on the container that is flammable at high heat, is destructive at high heat or is illegal. Failure to comply with this will result in confiscation of property belonging to purchaser, no refund of purchased space, exclusion from future transportation with the KK container and the purchaser will liability for any damage caused.
Kostume Kult reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in conduct that creates a risk to the participant or others.
BY PURCHASING THIS ITEM YOU HAVE READ THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY PURCHASING SPACE, AND PURCHASED FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO YOU AND INTEND YOUR PURCHASE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
