Halloween Night will be extra spooky this year with a magical extra hour and perfect fall weather descending on the Lower East Side.
Channeling vibes from the Halloween Parade and the creative chaos of downtown NYC — with music and skullduggery on two floors and Tompkins Square Park neighborhood antics all around — this will be a truly bewitching night.
