ART THEME

Our annual Freakkshow encourages all forms of dark carnival freakiness
and circus sideshow fashions. For this year’s theme, embrace the most
obvious circus characters and/ or Burning Man looks. Be a juggler,
balloon bending clown or selfie-obsessed sparkle pony. Take any
mundane idea, add irony and make it interesting. Trite is right!

ABOUT

Freakkshow #16 is Kostume Kult’s annual dark carnival themed
summertime Burning Man project fundraiser. As an event close to our
playa return, each year’s theme suggests easy-access Circus and
Burning Man looks before packing them for the trip out west. This year
with our friends at JunXion, we come together for another time-tested
collaboration that guarantees two bumping dance floors and a super
fun, welcoming crowd.  For more visit www.kostumekult.com and

welcoming the stranger and all those who dare to participate. Our
events are safe spaces where we welcome new people while warning
everyone to *respect boundaries* and *ask first* when photographing or
flirting…
