At all Horned Balls, any horned headgear or fantastical fashions are celebrated. For this year’s theme, note that the evolution of dinos into birds unleashed a dazzling explosion of 🎺 horns, 🐥feathers, 🦚 extravagant tail displays, 🐓 crests & combs and 🌈 fantastical colors. So, for this year’s Horned Ball, come as any generation of raptor, dinosaur, bird, or horned beast including: 🦖 Raving Velociraptor, 🦚 Neon Peacock, 🐓 Disco Rooster, 🐥 Hungry Hatchling,🦉 Mystical Horned Owl, 🦄 Glittery Unicorn, 🦌 Antlered Forest Spirit, 🦏 Rhino Raver, or anything weird or wondeful… *** And note, this year will be ✨ 🟣Black Light Activated🟣 ✨ encouraging neon feathers, glowing horns and flourescent plumage. Horned Ball is Kostume Kult’s longest-running annual fundraising gala – a springtime bacchanal where the animals shake off winter as the venue erupts in art, costume, and participatory spectacle with two dance floors. Founded in 2003, Kostume Kult is a New York City based arts collective with an international following devoted to costume art, street theater, and bringing wonderful people together.
