Kostume Kult is an NYC-based group dedicated to self expression through creative fashions, themed events and community participation. Born at the Burning Man Arts Festival, Kostume Kult is now active locally in the NYC Halloween Parade, Leprecon, the Mermaid Parade and many other inspired events.
